here is a pendulum that i made over the last few days. it's got an orpington topper and the stand and pendulum weight have an egg-shaped motif.

here's a link to a video of it swinging. it's got good balance, and i'd say it keeps going for at least 2-3 minutes, maybe more.

Once my DH and I are done building our log home, I'm going to have a lot of free time on my hands and this craft appeals to me. I'd love to know how to get started. Please tell! Please! Please!
