only thing i can't have is pigs and roosters... that crowing is NOT coming from my yard.. what crowing.... that's a hen with too much testosterone....lol... animal control was sitting on my street...and i went over to ask if someone had filed a complaint.. and he said nope... i'm just sitting here killing time... you're fine....
i asked him about # of animals per acre, and he told me what it's sposed to be, and followed that with the fact that someone would have to complain before they actually came out to check.... my neighbor has had roosters for years... and we have the paecocks.. who don't make much noise right now, but april-ju;y.. OMG....
but yeah.. fencing wise, we're not ready and can't afford it... and i was reading in the ostrich thread... i think w/ kids w/ ASD, i'm probly better to not get something that could kill them if they have a spaz episode.. which they are esp prone too.. if i tell them no to the wrong ? you'd think they were watching their puppy get killed... and it sounds like ostrich startle easy... not a good combo... maybe once the kids get bigger... and move out... god i really hope they can move out.. i have high hopes for 2/3.. but the oldest, i'm not so sure about...
