My husband cracks me up!!! I was cooking bacon and eggs this morning, I asked him to pull the eggs he wanted out of the fridge...I have the most current eggs on the counter...he says to me..."I have to eat the stale eggs"...they are maybe a week old ...are we spoiled or what...

Yep. Spoiled here too. The kiddies like to choose the size & colour of their eggs but then so does the man! No taking whatever pops up first.

It is fun to have options... Makes me think about your post on sharing eggs with your neighbors...I think they are just as spoiled as the rest of us!

Mrs BY Bob is like that too. She only takes from the basket on the table. Refrigerator eggs aren't good enough for her. My gosh in the summer they probably went in the fridge 2 days ago because they were muddy and I rinsed them off!

It makes sense now as the fridge holds purchased eggs because we are only getting 3 to 4 a week. The fridge eggs are only for baking.

Here you can have beige or beige unless you want a tiny Phyllis egg.
