A quick hello! This is the first chance I've had to check in all day! We had a zoom baby shower for my niece today...they are expecting their first baby...it will be a boy! It was great seeing all of them, but so sad that we couldn't truly be together...but, it was better than not celebrating at all! I hope you all have had a great day...I will be trying to catch up on everyone's threads, it might take a bit though!

I lost my little Madeleine today! I'm 99% certain that it must have been a hawk! I was supposed to keep her safe, I just don't know how to protect them from those kind of attacks and let them be free range too!

Thank you Jehane! I've been enjoying the videos of your new babies this morning...it's helped!

I went out to check on my flock and they were all in the covered pen...I looked around, but didn't see anything! We are having an issue with our water system...more about that later, so I went in the main pen to get some water out of the barrel for them and the hawk flew out of the tree's...so I now know for sure what it was and it was pretty good sized, I'll be keeping a very close watch for it!
