The ones that were really bad had just a touch of white in them. Now it sometimes has more solid matter green with a bit of white, but still with a lot of water! Her energy is much better today, thankfully! Thank you Bob!What color are her watery poops? I will advise on worming in a second. I need to pull my files. I have two different ways for you to go. One from Casportpony and one from Shadrach. I've used them both.
For worming @Shadrach recommends flubendazole for worming as there is no need to throw the eggs away. It is hard to find in the United States. I was able to get the pidgeon version of it on ebay. It is a tiny pill and I was able to put them in mini penne pastas and the ladies gobbled them down whole. It was very easy to administer. The dosing is on the container. It is done by weight. @casportpony reccomended a goat dewormer, fenbendazole. This requires egg discarding although people have been known to eat them anyway. The dose is 0.23ml per pound administered orally via syringe. Dose twice, 10 days apart. You can get it at tractor supply.

I would suggest you get some antibiotics on hand so you don't need to source them in an emergency. Let me know if you want help sourcing some.
Thank you both so much! I haven't seen any sign of worms in her droppings so far, I've also looked in the pen & coop for the rest of the flock, nothing abnormal! I have paper towels in her cage, so that I can observe what's going on! I definitely want to worm my flock! It looks like I will go with the Safeguard, I couldn't find the exact match for what you shared Bob, there is a liquid version, but I can't tell if it has the same ingredient and I wouldn't be able to get it until sometime in November! In parts of Europe no egg withdrawal is required, but it's not approved for use here in the US so egg withdrawal is required.
If one has large round worms or cecal worms, a small dose of this can be used for 5 consecutive days with no egg withdrawal.
Safeguard Mash - Zero Day Egg Withdrawal
Thank you so much for taking the time to help @casportpony, I truly appreciate it! She is definitely feeling better, but her droppings need to improve before I will feel she is completely out of the woods!@drstratton, hope your hen feels better soon.
