That small break in period before they remember you is tough. It hurts just a little bit. I'm so glad you got there to see him again. It's so good you made it safely.

I had a feeling he would be a little shy...the video chats helped. It's hard for them to remember when they are so young. We're still here & I told my husband yesterday, I can't wait until we come back again.. lol
