The battle to contain my escape artist continues!
Who me?

Our employers, supervising, once they decided it was safe to come back over after the scary blue thing stopped moving!
The escape route! It's a very thick vine.
Hubs pushed the vine over to the tree and had me strap it in place.
He then tied it with a thick rope.
We didn't want to cut it, because it goes all of the way to the top of the trees and provides food for the quail and other birds on our property. The leaves also turn red and are very pretty. I'll try to remember and get a picture when that happens.
I really don't want to clip her wings. Hawks can still get to the girls, so they need to be able to reach cover quickly and wings play a big part in that. By the same token, she's in more danger when she gets out, dogs and hawks. I think losing this girl would hit me hard, she's such a character.
Hopefully this works but I'm not going to hold my breath...lol
