My BSL are the best layers and very friendly. So I give them my vote. But, if Brahma would have been on list they would be my favorite. My Brahma girls are sweetest. And my Brahma roo is excellent to his girls.

My Sexlinks are pretty aggressive but I guess that's a good thing sometimes, their not mean to me but other chickens get attacked sometimes but their eggs are better by far

I grew up with chickens. This is my first go around with chickens since I moved out on my own.
I'm on my first flock of Golden Comets, that I got as 2 day old chicks. They are currently 15 months old. I researched for nearly a year. I was looking for a high production duel purpose non flighty bird. I am mostly happy, but may try something different next year. Maybe a mixed flock. GC

I have a variety of breeds, probably about 10 different breeds. Of all of them the Cochins are just the most adorable little things and such a sweet disposition. They tend to mama some of the other birds of the same age just because it seems to be natural for them.
