outside temps and shipping eggs? handwarmers?

The warmers I have do say the ave 135 degrees but can get up to 166.

That's a little hot. I am going to check into the other warmers to see about the average temperature.

I would imagine that if your eggs are packed in a carton like I pack mine and wrapped with bubble wrap and seperated with packing materials there should not be a problem.

But, I would rather have a pack that does not get so hot.


ETA: The ones on eBay only get up to 100, so that is much better. I would not worry about using them with the way I pack my eggs.
