Interesting. I've never liked runny whites, but I like eggs pretty much any way they can be cooked. And I like the idea of free-range fertile eggs; as far as I know being fertile doesn't make them any more nutritious, but in my mind it makes them ... I don't know, more "complete" somehow. I know by the time I cook them they're already not hatch-able (not a word, but you know what I mean, lol!) because they've been refrigerated... so I have no guilt about eating any little potential baby chickens. It's just food to me. Yummy, healthy, natural food my healthy, happy chickens gave me. MUCH better than what those poor, abused, sad, anemic battery chickens could. So I enjoy! Am I the weird one here?
