We have posted ads on Craig's list listed them for only $2.00. We collect about an average of 40 eggs a day. We have developed a customer following and sell out continuously. The proceeds pay for all the feed for our poultry and goats.
At first we had a sign on the gate for egg sales but people were blowing their horns and coming unannounced. Now we now we only sell by appointment by a advanced phone call.
I do not recommend putting a sign up.
The revenue paying for all your feed by selling your surplus is kind of nice!

Your eggs were too fresh to boil. When we sell ours to new people we tell them they are not ready to boil. They have to age a little bit.

I ABSOLUTLY love eggs!

I am overloaded!
Been selling eggs $2/Doz, here and there.
Um, yeah.

I love baking and I love scrambled eggs, I also give them to my dog and my chickens.

Wow, $2 a dozen that is super cheap. I have not got my first egg yet and I use a lot of eggs, flock of 7 should be just about right for our family of 4 but I already have people lined up to buy extras and I can easily charge $5 or $6 a dozen. Plain old brown eggs go for 5.99 at Sprouts, I am in Southern California apparently people think brown eggs are special and worth more.

I have some smaller Pullets/hens, that lay small eggs, I sell those.

Also take in count that iam in the country, lots of peeps already have chickens, I am also out in the middle of NO WHERE.People barley know about this town, and I am off a side road.
So yeah
