Overdue egg

Had an egg hatch on Wednesday. One egg was left and still hasn't hatched. I candled it this morning and the air sac seems to move and there is no movement of a chick that I can see. My question is, since the air sac seems detached and I don't see movement, should I remove this egg? I would hate to remove it if there was a chance of survival. I am new to hatching, so, please be gentle with the comments! Thanks!

Try to leave the egg for another week just to be sure of it
