Overdue hatch-ling and brown sticky stuffy on outside of shell

I have two questions.
1) I have 19 eggs in my incubator and two of the eggs have a brown sticky substance on the outside of the shell. I washed it off once and it came back. The eggs float normally but I do not hear any chirping and do not see any movement in the eggs. Are these eggs not good and do I need to dispose of them?

2) The other question is that I have an egg that is days over due and it is a floater. Is this chick alive and should I attempt to help it out of the shell.? I don't see any rocking and I don't hear any chirping coming from the egg as I did with my 12 that hatched successfully?

Brown sticky substance....I'd trash those immediately.

Can you shine a light in this second egg and take a few clear photos?

FWIW...never put a hatching egg in water unless you are trying to kill it.

Yeah, the brown gooey ones are rotting. Dispose of them ASAP. I would cautiously start opening up the remaining egg.
