Overmating in duck :(

that is abuse and is gonna hurt and stress out the ducks so much, you can put them in pet carriers or bins
I don't know about "abuse" for a 5-10 minute drive but I'm going to edit that part out of my post. I suppose a one time experience that I had doesn't mean doing it again would be the same.

She said she has tubs to put them in. My ducks are very friendly and will warm up to any stranger very quickly. I’m worried about them getting car sick. I heard someone say their duck threw up a couple of times. Is there a way I can prevent this from happening? Maybe not feeding them an hour before?

I think they will be fine, do ducks even get car sick like people? I don't think they do. I took 3 chickens in to treat for mites for a friend. We had to drive 2 hours down to there house for a visit, and decided to bring the 3 with us. They rode in kennels all the way there and back, (2 hour each way) and had runs to hang in when they got there. I'm sure they will be fine. How long is the drive?

So it’s been brought to my attention that my drakes are overmating with my female. She is the only female I have along with 3 other drakes. We are trying to find someone that will take them in with other ducks but I don’t know when that will be. My guess is not later than June. But right now it’s getting bad. She has a bald spot on the back of her head :hit Is there anything I can do in the meantime? It breaks my heart having to rehome them. But I don’t want to come back one day and find her dead. Is there a way to stop them from mating so much while I’m finding them a home? I will for sure miss them as they were my very first ducks and will no longer have any animals but what’s best for them. ❤️
My 2 bigger roosters did that to my 2 silkies & 1 other hen, & 2 of my Sizzlers are missing feathers on their neck. We found them homes for them, now my silkie rooster thinks he tall cotter. The girls are finally growing back!
