I am planning to go! Just to ooh and aah; not showing any birds.

This will be my 4th year going and I'll be showing for the first time. Just bringing a couple hens and pullets, but I am really looking forward to being part of the action this year.

I will not make it this year but I do have a favor to ask...could someone keep a eye out and possible get contact info of any people showing sultans up there?

Very cool! Looking at everybody else's birds in the best part of all.

Awesome! I'm in the same boat - my first year actually entering anything, even if it's just a couple birds.

Large fowl: New Hampshires and maybe RIR's.
Bantam: Dark Cornish, Ko Shamo, Leghorn, Modern Game, OEGB, Nankin and ??
Waterfowl: Brown China, Egyptian, White Runners, Call ducks, East Indie, Mallards and ???

It is still too early to know what I will bring.

i had really wanted to go last year and it did not work out but THIS year i am THERE! i am hoping i do not come home with birds but of course i want to look and you know how THAT goes! so on sat...what time should i plan to be there and maybe buy a a couple of birds? the main reason i am going is to hopefully make some connections for some bantam breeds i can not get around here (sonoma county). i would LOVE to have a bantam buckeye, maybe welsummer, barred rocks...really looking for bantam anything...also ameraucanas! marans????? as for meeting up with BYC members...that would be pretty nice. would love to have real faces to match up! hopeuflly coming with a friend i work for and she has 80-100 chickens.....i have 22 (but 4 hatching this week).
