I feel amazingly better this morning! I slept without a pillow, flat on my back. Plus perhaps the steroids are kicking in after 2 days. Anyway, i won't be taking pain pills today if i feel like this!

That is Charlie, my Papillon. He is 14 or 15 and has bad cataracts and few teeth but he still runs around and gives the cats hell.

No pain pills needed so far. But my BP is still up so i took another BP pill. 199/95 not good. But yeah, feeling prettty darned good.

I think you have to sit cross legged on the floor with your hands on your knees and thumb and forefinger touching when you do that.

Taking more than prescibed of 2 BP meds but still high. It must be the steroids. I have finished more than half of the dose pack.
