Yes you can stop turning now.
Are the eggs laying down? If so, place the lowest side of the dip upward. Still on its side, but like the pic I posted.

Are you positive of the day count? I ask because it’s an easy thing to confuse. (Even the iPhone app does it wrong) Day 1 doesn’t start until 24 hours after set. So if you set on a Tuesday, the due date should be on a Tuesday.
Anyway, I’d maybe wait till tomorrow to add water, unless you see any major pressing on the membrane. If they are starting to press on the membrane, then go ahead and add water.
