Pantry-palooza collection of my hybrids

me neither :wee
so.... while getting a few things with coupons in Kroger..... looking at the egg, potatoe salad tub - i thought to myself, "You have those baked tater's in the fridge and gazillion eggs..... lets use the vitamix and make a sup'ed up version of a recipe....

makes a web search for recipes....

took a couple screenshots.....

takes mental note, "this stuff's gonna have turmeric in at least 1 batch. I'm gonna make a heated up version. Ohhh, and maybe a Panang version too? Hmmmmmmmm...."

And like my previous baking hybrids….

My 1st hybrid experiment posted on BYC. A simple cookie dough that got several enhancements:
Quadruple the eggs
2-3X the walnuts
And iirc I think I added a can of pumpkin purée as well as some other “flour” types of ingredients to stretch the dough.

This link is of the preparation and then it went in the fridge for a little while:

6-7 years ago on a Foodie show Yogurt got a booster shot.
Equal parts Ricotta cheese & greek yogurt and then add fruit to your desired level. We do 1/3's of frozen blueberries, Ricotta & greek yogurt. Or frozen berry blend.
I usually mix it up the night before so the berry's thaw and color the blend when stirred up in the morning..... Case in point here is this mornings mix:
