Treats are supposed to be limited but at least he's eating. See if you can make a soupy mix out of his feed next time he eats. He really needs to be hydrated

I made the soupy mix with both the feed and the treat, he didn’t eat either one. Should I try getting a dropper for the water to get some water into him?

He’s been waddlin around the floors, Eating and even drank some water! He just chirped twice in the past hour(his first time chirping!).He is breathing better than before, but earlier his head was bobbing up and down really fast a few times.

update on Oscar: The yellow liquid in his nose cleared up, his nostrils are way bigger now, he has been breathing way better! i haven’t heard the heavy breathing at all. he has been eating a lot, way more than the other birds, but he is a baby. he is being way more active as well! thank you so much for helping!! (i will keep you updated just in case!)
edit: i was also thinking of changing his name to something more meaningful, like hope, or heaven, but a more manly haha, if you have any ideas i’d love to hear them!)
