COngrats Pennie!!

Hi All,
I posted this on the other silkie thread, but since this is the exclusive partridge thread, I thought I would post here as well.

Can someone please critique my little partridge? I think he/she is really nice, but I am just getting into silkies, so my opinion doesn't count! LOL! He/she doesn't have as vaulted of a head as a couple of my blues, but he definitely has the best spaced toes. What do you guys think? He/she is about 4 weeks old. This is the only partridge I have, but if you guys think he's nice enough, I can get some more to go with him from the breeder that I will be getting my whites from.

Thanks in advance for your input!!

It is really hard to tell how they will turn out as they grow bc they change soooo much but this one is very cute and the foot feathering looks really good.

A few pics of some of my Partridge babies today...6 weeks old. Just, because!

It's mostly already blue. Do you mean it will be blue, carrying the Partridge gene?? So blue, with some partridgey type of leakage? Is Partridgey even a word??

ADORABLE. We hatched 4 Silkie eggs in April. One of the Hens is identical to yours.
The other three are mostly buff. 3 are bearded and one is not. They are all beautiful. Although I do prefer the bearded. Regards, Aria
