I would wait and see what the adult feathering comes in like. They change so much between that stage and the adult stage when their genetics are mixed. Check its wings - Partridge must have barring on the wings. If they are all one color or are not barred then it may be a Black with leakage.

I had two hatch today.. Momma is still setting tight on them but I will get pictures when she lets them out. Two from my Partridge pair, so happy!!!

Oh boy! I am anxious to see yours! Is this Minky and Jasper's babies?

These are Dark Boy's babies and there are three that I know of but the hen has not gotten off the nest yet so I am thinking there might be more. I think there were either 6 or 7 eggs under her.

Cool- dark boy's babies to see what they look like. I noticed some have really dark chests and backs - are you going to do your usual wonderful job of photographing what they look like growing up?
