Partridge Silkies - Nothing else

Mine ALWAYS either turn their backs or come up really close to peck at the lens.

Haha! That's exactly what mine do! Once made a noise with my lips to try and get their attention and everyone of them ran for cover like they'd seen a hawk! Needless to say I don't do that any more!

i take mine out of the coop put them out side where theyve never been and they pose well

I could tell some people were doing this and wondered why they weren't running away!

Mine get out too much. I let everyone outside everyday, weather permitting. So consequently no matter where I put them they could care less and refuse to pose. Ya gotta love'em!!!!

Mine are in a run but not free ranging. Too many stray dogs. Maybe out of the run won't be that scary...

I have 3 dogs, including a chocolate lab that we use for bird hunting. None of my dogs will touch my chickens. Even the lab, will come back from a morning hunt and won't pick up a bird that she had brought back out in the field. Most of my Silkies have runs, but my dogs can be out with them and never harm a feather.
