I bought some smoked pig things at Thanksgiving time and shoved them in the freezer.Yeah you right shooooot!
I just got me some too. I use tasso and some good local smoked sausage
And ill prolly do a cabbage too.
I've bought them once and I remember even the salt shoveler complaining about them being too salty. I'm thinking I will try them in the pot of black eyed peas but I'm worried it might ruin the pot.
