Had an okay day at the office today.....we got a few things done, only ripped off one face, and closed out the year!!!

Looks like the head is flatter than normal...I don't see blood either and the yolk is absorbed. Is this an on schedule hatch or was this one late?

While these are still frozen, I roll them in my hand with a little oil to lubricate and keep the surface from drying out. Then I cover with a cotton cloth near my oven.

These eggs are right on time. No power outages or screw ups.
Only one egg left to hatch.
