Got a question. Why is there always captioning on your screen shots?

I can't watch shows without CC. I need to read as they say the words. I go crazy if I can't. I like low volume and rely on CC, plus that's how I learned English growing up and it stuck to keep reading it.

I can't hear both but I can read one while listening to the other.

EXACTLY! I once left CC on my MIL's TV and she texted my husband and I asking why it was on and that it was so annoying. I was like: who watches TV WITHOUT CC???
