Only in Florida!Yob can get a bunch of ice cream for a dollar here. My friend forgot to bring his money when he went to get some so he gave the guy a shoe instead.![]()
Yeah, it sounds to me like he just had a bad experience or hasn’t really know very many cats! Totally normal! There’s plenty of people like that! I would try to see if you can foster some nice kitties maybe?or show him all our cute kitties on here
you know, win him over.
or maybe if you bring a kitten home he will fall in love with it lol it worked for SIL and the dogs

So many people say that and often actually believe itI just asked him and yes. He kept saying all cats are eviland that the one we were fostering was possessed. But I told him males are nicer and we can see if they’re nice first. I told him about orange cats being nicer. He’s a bit more open minded. But until either the end of 2021 or beginning of 2022.
Would an orange kitten be better or an adult male orange cat?
YupWe got two 6 week old kittens from a local vet with the intent to make them barn cats. Spit wild so kept them in a huge dog wire crate in the carport with their bed, litter box and toys wnd food and water bowls. Worked on taming several times every day. Cleaned the litter box every day. They became loving and playful very quickly.

Hubby decided that they would get dirty in the barn or it was too cold or too wet to be outside...lol...so they were moved inside and learned quickly to go to their litter box in the crate during the day.

They had to be trained to stay off tables and counters and learned quickly.
At night they sleep in their dog crate together...still set up with their litter box and dry food...no water at night.
They play and nap together.

They have gained favor with hubby slowly and now even sit in his lap during the evening. He does not want them outside. He doesn't feed them or clean the litter box and laughingly complains when Tom steals the straw out of his Yeti water thermos.
Wild barn cats appeared this summer in the barn. The momma cat and only one kitten are people friendly and have been spayed. Three others are trapped and crated for taming and neutering. The remaining two will soon be trapped as well. There are two more white kitten not pictured.

Last I checked I haven’t laid any eggs lately!
Totally understandable! Hahah and I think it depends for sure. Adults would be nice since you already know their temperament and what they will be like, how big, etc. but a kitten might be nice too so it can acclimate to the kids lol but they could possibly hurt it so idk.I just asked him and yes.
