Password Recovery Help

I recently returned back here and have tried to update my email and password. I would like to have the password to to my BYC account reset as I've tried to update my old password but to my realization I have forgotten my old password. If a mod could help I greatly appreciate it and thank you.

If you logout you will see a "password reminder" option on the login screen.

In the FAQs: I forgot my password. What should I do?
