The Indian Standard for the PBA calls for thicker hard/tight plumage, which my boy has, same with his parents. His is just a tad bit thicker then theirs, & he's missing the naked strip down the chest, which isn't that big of a deal.
(I'm following a standard from foreign country, with birds I have on hand, the best I can)
This boy, lacks the naked strip down the chest.(Not mentioned in the standard, so probably not a fault.)
