Ever since I slaughtered those Brahma cockerels, the younger Malays have been working on coming out into the chicken run. Those Brahma boys were total bullies. They picked on new cockerels, & pullets which was unusual. Normally when I add pullets, males in general won't bully them. But these two boys were the complete opposite.

I haven't been keeping up with this thread, so sorry if my question sounds stupid: were you going to add Brahma to the bloodline or were the Brahma cockerels for something else?

Brahmas are for my Giant Silkie Project. A separate thread. I still have two 9 month old Brahma pullets.

I did have the idea once to cross, Brahma, & Malay together to see what it'd look like.
Brahmas do have Malay in them, so I'd probably expect them to look more Malay like.

The Splash boy has developed a very decent shaped tail, with correct shaped feathers.
