To me, dun is more greyish than sex-linked chocolate is, and I feel like platinum just looks way more blue than even mauve does, and I find that hard to distinguish from blue already. But you're the one seeing them in person, so you'd know far better than I do.
So far all the duns I've been getting are more chocolate color.

I haven't read the whole thread, so my apologies if this has already been said. But do we know the genetics behind parrot beak? Is it multiple genes that cause it and therefore should be selected for over generations? Or is a mutation that is (co-) dominant or recessive?

Parrot beak isn't caused by a genetic mutation. It's a bred in trait, the beaks are bred down through selective breeding.

I didn't get the greatest of beaks this round, but the heads, & eyes are good, & large though.
