Mango peeled and diced small, one or two
Peaches, peeled and diced small, one or two
Onion, small, grated or chopped small
Jalapeno, diced finely and as many as you like, the heat is up to you
    Optional:
    can of crushed pineapple drained
    can of corn drained
    can of black beans, drained
    hot sauce to taste
    pepper and salt to taste
    cilantro chopped
    basil chopped
jarred or homemade tomato salsa can be added to your liking

Mix well, taste for seasoning. This is a pretty forgiving recipe and many things can be used to kick it up a notch.

We make a mango salsa and it really good too.

Mango, Tomato, Onion, Jalapeno, Salt and Pepper (you can add cilantro, or any other herb also) I love mango salsas!
