Peachicks of 2016 photos -- Let's see the babies!!!

Well, the second Cameo peachick had to be helped out and the third had pipped under the Cochin hens but died in shell after making a 1/4 zip around the egg. Wish I had caught that one and stuck in my bator to watch. I did take 2 more eggs from under the Cochin hens that are due to hatch and put them in my bator but so far they have not hatched. I should have stuck them under the Silkies. They usually always have the best hatch rates.
I have not gotten more photos yet. I need to.

I had a pea chick hatch from a ZazousXDilly egg yesterday! Live chick #3 this year.

However, I suppose it is a white since the father is silver pied and mother is pied. That is what they have always been the past few years when hatched this color.

Well, that is just too cute!

Mine do snuggle but I usually put newly hatched chicks in with them so they have other babies to snuggle with as well as peas.
