The older your peacock gets the better his colors are getting Destinduck! The lighting will definitely fool you for sure! It makes him look like two different birds instead of one. Does this peacock have a name?

Wow Destinduck look we have already confused someone!

That is actually just one of his boys but in different lighting. Pretty strange how the color changes right?

No it is okay, if he didn't tell me he was going to show me two photos of the same bird I probably would have thought it was two different ones too.

And to top off my computer is not responding fast so I tried to take down these photos and make the new thread and vice versa!. I give up!!!! Anyway Thanks Kathy.Im more confused than the both of yall!!! No Alea I only have goldilocks named LOL! I just call him" the young one" out of the two. See I told ya I can confuse others real easy with these photos. I would be the same boat as well if not told its the same bird.

Haha I second that Kathy! My IB boys turn green with some water too! I guess you could say when it rains we have instant greens.

I like how their trains turn orangey pink.

Maybe I can hose mine down and he will turn blue then.

Haha that would be funny if that turned him blue! I am guessing water turns them more golden colored...I am guessing that because when a India Blue peahen gets into the big water container here and dips her neck down low to drink, the feathers that get wet turn a golden orange color.
