PEAFOWL MAY/JUNE HATCH ALONG!!!!! COME JOIN THE OBSESSION!

Okay, so I decided to try an ivermectin experiment... Found a 1.7kg Cochin with mites and put 0.1ml on her skin, which was about six drops, which is more than most usually use for this size bird, I think...

I decided to do this because everything I have read about ivermectin says that it's only effective against biting litce and mites.

I put it on the back of the neck and at the tail.It is sold under many names but what I use is the pour-on product you get for cows.

Evermectrin is what I think it's called, not Ivermectrin. You could dust with Sevin also

What I have here is Noromectin, it's 1% injectable ivermectin.

I thought about dusting her, but was afraid I might hurt the eggs. If she was sitting on chicken eggs, it would be a no-brainer, I'd just dust her. Is it okay to dust them while they're sitting?
