Absolutely I will do a necropsy...I got the tablets and baytril for all 5 birds a few mins ago and am picking up more safeguard now. Do I dose them with all 3 meds today. Vet told me to inject baytril under skin . Is that correct?

Call your vet and confirm, but I would hold off on giving the Baytril if they have normal looking poops. Baytril can be given under the skin, in the muscle or orally. I give it in the breast because it's easier for me

Do the necropsy. What you want to look for are abnormalities of the liver and /or cecal pouches. Here is one I did:
