That drag green almost black was on the liver and there was dark green inside the intestines I cut open. In picture it looks like possibly the same thing just different pictures but it's not. The liver was definitely green on one side almost black

I think maybe she had multiple things going on at the same time. Look very closely at the liver... do you see little white spots? That cheesy stuff inside her cecal pouches could be from blackhead, cecal worms or coccidiosis. The black stuff further up isn't normal either.

Ok well I went and got corid to put in their water for the next 5 days and gave them each a 1/2 tablet. Should I give the safeguard tomorrow? I didn't want to over do it with all the meds how would you recommend treating with all the meds?

The liver looked good with no white spots or anything except that big green spot

You can give Corid, Safeguard and Metronidazole at the same time. Do the others still look okay?

There is one that I'm watching closely that I'm not quite sure about yet. If it's sick it's just starting this afternoon I'm gonna watch to see how she eats in the morning because that's always how it starts by not eating and standing with neck pulled into shoulders and kind of slower moving and stands around more.
I'm gonna go dose them all with the safeguard now .

The one you're watching, bring it inside. If the poop looks funny, give it Baytril, too.
