That is a roundworm. The safeguard will kill roundworms with one day dose, however it is best to give for the full five days to get all types of worms. Repeat in ten days.

Safeguard dosage for a hen, or yearling, is two ml per day, three ml for a mature cock. Give it orally or in the food, but make sure all the food is eaten.

If you are comfortable tube feeding, add the safeguard and one ml of corid and the half tablet of metronidazole to the mixture.

IT weighs 5.3lbs. I dosed them all with 1ml of the safeguard . So I need to up it to 2 ml?
I wouldn't go so far as to say I'm comfortable tube feeding but I can do it if necessary

The corid I got is the powder kind that you mix 1 tsp to a gallon of water. Is that the right kind? Do you mean get a ml from the gallon of water corid mix ?
