I thought millefleur was a color name not a breed but these are a Dutch breed called Nedelandse Sabelpootkrielen loosly translated to english you get Dutch Booted bantams

you are right. millefleur is a colour name. english name is dutch booted bantams indeed. I guess the very first imported chickens were millefleur duch booted bantams and people started to call them millefleur for short.

I didn't realize they were a dutch breed. Literally translated from German it means "featherfooted dwarfs"
