One out and two have pipped the shell!!!... as far as I can see, but it might be more, that I just can't see. This one hatched around 6 am this morning and I missed it, it was already out and sleeping

congratulations!!!! don't you just want to open the incubator and have a good look? It must be so hard!!

YES I DO!! and it is hiding in the part without a window to taunt me. The second just hatched and took himself and his stuck eggshell in to hiding as well.. Chick football has been canceled for this hatch..lol

Update on my hatch: I've got 5 heathy chicks out, one that sadly stopped breathing after it pipped the shell and died. And two have not pipped yet. Here's hoping they will make it too.

Oh how wonderful!!! Hope the other two will hatch soon!!! Oh sooo cute!!!

Five heathy chicks are now in the brooder! One of the last eggs pipped in the wrong place and the other never pipped. They are a motley crew, so it will be interesting to see what they look like when their feathers develop.

They are so cute!! Gosh I can't wait for spring.
@Erba next weekend there is a chicken show close to where I live. I am thinking of going. Also acvording to their website there should the Sussex in the show. If you are interested in contact infos, let me know.
