I agree with @BDutch on collecting eggs by hand. And from what I read you are very close to being obsessed by rare breeds >)
Yes there are. I bought a catalogue with all the breeders listed there. I’ll contact them maybeThere have to be breeder in Slovakia. Maybe they are not advertising online. In 2019 I was in Wels, Austria for a show. There were buses of people from Hungary, Slowenia and Slovakia etc who bought animals. rabbits, chickens and more. They had boxes with animals piled in the cargo area underneath. That's why I say there have to be breeders somewhere.
Do you have breeding clubs there? In Germany there are local breeding clubs and specialty clubs as well for certain breeds. They help you find breeders if you need to.
I don't know where you live and how far it would be for you... but maybe a quick trip across the border to Germany or Austria might help?
I wouldn't mind the mixed breedsI have these (as you know) but all my chicken are together, I don't have separate cages/pens for different breeds. I can ask my friends around though. So when you decide to hatch let me know and I will ask around.
Okay I would be able to find Brahma and Australorp bantam hatching eggs. But I would have to order Bantam Cochin, D'anver and Polish hatching eggs from a different country cuz there is no one who sells these breeds
I know I contacted him back in august. Great looking birds but the shipping costs 25€.I might consider buying from himIn Holland there is a breeder named Martijn Sonder https://www.facebook.com/people/Martijn-Sonder/100012308385356/ or over instagram https://www.instagram.com/martijnscochinpoultry/ he has all kinds of bantam cochins...and other poultry. I know he ships to Germany... so maybe also to you.
