Check your ducks legs.... are they swollen? Bow-legged at all? Any scabs on the feet or legs? What do you feed it?

I feed them a fermented mix of grain, seeds, & chick feed. Then of course they free range & get veggie and fruit scrapes.

So, I looked her over and she does have some swelling in her left leg, where the orange meets the feathers. She can stand on it but it gives out on her. She'll be standing or walking and just fall. I did notice that she is limping, I thought it was her wattle but after watching the video, that I can't post, it is a limp.

Below is the best picture I can get of her vent area. I don't want to handle her too much, she is still scared.

My one pekin, they are all very shy, only come up to me when I have food and my pekin is very very vocal. But they are so entertaining to watch run around the yard having a blast

So, what I’m pretty sure was a Cooper’s Hawk tried to take one of my babies. I don’t think it will come back. It clearly misjudged the sheer size of my ducks and lost quite a few feathers in the struggle. Ducks are all completely fine. My thick girls don’t mess around.

Oh no. Were your babies hurt? Aerial predators are my worst fear. Did your ducks fight it off?
