Pekin Duck Club!

Aside from keeping watch, I think you are doing fine with that. I tend to use clear iodine or triple antibiotic ointment without painkiller, but there are a number of things that ought to help prevent infection - aside from that, if she's healthy, her immune system will heal it up.

X2, I like blue kote but it sure is messy. lol
 
I thought I would share some pictures of my daughter's duck- Flower. We have 4 pekins- 1 male and 3 females. Our male (Flower) is so sweet. Our Females want me outside with them, but only come over to me if I have treats or if they think I have something for them. At least we got 1 nice duck.







 
I lost my 3rd Pekin duck i hatched out of 6 they were 3 months old and i lost 3 chickens my polish hen chick which was 2 months and 1 aracauna speckled sussex cross and a americauna I LOST THEM BC OF ROUP im so mad cause i put a lot of effort into them and they died its only affecting the younger ones but we are treating them well we spray they vet-rx on them every night and morning and then we out im there water we started doing that after we lost the 3rd Pekin today but were hoping no others die

Humidity was set at 55%. I set the eggs yesterday and this morning it was down to 30%. Any tips on how to keep it steady?
