This is for only when you can watch them right? Maybe they are Pekins the other pics their bill just looked more Runner than Pekin, but these pics make me think they maybe Pekin. When they stand do they stand more upright?

Yes, only when I can watch them for sure. This is just a temp area for now. It's under our patio shade and right next to our living room window. I took one of my dogs out on a leash and she didn't mess with the fence at all. It is staked all around the bottom and cannot be push up or over but I know dogs and will not chance anything. Hence why she was also on a leash :) They as swimming around happy to be on grass and in water. The grackles are coming up to check them out too. They don't walk really upright so I'm not sure about being runner. They tend to keep their chest forward. One loves to stand up straight and flap it's tiny little wings.

Aren't they adorable when they do that. Sounds like you have it covered.

Any mold around? living in Fl.[I was born there] mold could be the culprit, bedding that gets wet , feed, your duck could just me more susceptiable. Try fresh bedding that isn't very dusty, I buy horse bedding that's large flake wood shavings, It's less dust and if it gets wet I take off the outer layer fluff and it dries out quick. How does her face look any swelling any discharge at all? does she have a way to dunk her head to keep everything clean and open? try putting some ACV in her drinking water it works to kill bacteria. 1-2 Tablespoons to 1 gal of water. If you try these things and none help then you my want to either take her to the vets or put her on a course of antibiotics but I do that as a last resort since antibiotics can have their own set of problems.

The wood is a little molded not to bad though. No wet bedding we use hay and try to keep it dry and clean. As for feed we got a bad batch recently with little bugs and returned it but the second batch smells kinda weird. The guy at the feed store said they'll be fine so not much we could do. but our male pekin is just fine, so i'm just not sure. No swelling on her face or discharge. She has plenty of water. There a lake but we have a big kiddie pool with a little bit of algae but we try to clean it. Is there a certain type of ACV to use? I read like a Cloudy kind.

ACV with mother, like Braggs or Heinz also you can order from Vital cost their brand which is cheaper and still has the mother in it.

Really hard to say but if feed smells off i wouldn't use it and find another feed store if the person say's they'll be fine? Not his ducks so doesn't matter?

Try the ACV a couple 3 days if you don't notice any improvement you may want to try a course of antibiotics, but seems she'd be off on her feed, lethargic etc if she was sick, does she lay eggs? if so has she been laying normal?

Here are the two hens from the meat market, along with frosty to the far right, and the baby muscovies in the midst. They were so happy because they got ot swim in water for the first time. The far left is anna, and the middle one is elsa. Anna and elsa :). They looked in good health, besides some cleaning they could do themselves.

Love Anna and Elsa :)
Great use of the flagstone. And very wise to not cut the roll of fencing, they will need a larger run pretty quickly.

Thanks! We have flag stone all around so I put it to good use. It's also under my rain barrel to level it out and as stepping stones. Whoever was here before really liked it. After having them out all day when I put them in the brooder it looked way too small. Tomorrow I'm working on their house and hopefully by next week they will have a permanent run in the works. It's so freakin hot that I can't work more than a few hours in the morning. Plus 2 kiddos makes for a challenging time. Using the saw requires my husband to be home to babysit. It will be worth it in the end though. Here they are before I brought them in
