Try a very gentle massage in the direction the food should be going. Very light. Or, I suppose you could just give them time and hope it moves along. All that protein might move slowly.I would be sure they have water to drink.

If you have a barn or a shed that a predator can't get into that would work too

That's where they were staying. In our shed with the chickens. They did fine over night. Hopefully the coop is aired out enough so they can go in there tonight. My husband painted it 2 days ago and I was worried about the paint fumes.

A dog igloo would probably work if it was insulated. With only 2 ducks, it's quite likely they would get cold in an uninsulated one. Here's hoping the coop aired out enough. (Any injured duck can be attacked due to the injury—I separate my injured ducks from all the others, with a wire divider so they can see each other and bump beaks, but not bite each other—until all signs of the injury are gone.)

Thank you! I checked the coop just a minute ago and it seems good to me. Got down on the floor and took a few big whiffs. There is still a paint smell obviously, but isn't fumey like yesterday and is more faint. So we are going to put up a divider and move them in today. Oh, and the igloo is insulated. I also filled it with hay. They seemed just fine when I let them out this morning. It is borrowed from a friend who used it for his police dog that has to live outside.
