My husband keeps telling me JoJo growls at him, I said, hun ducks don't growl but I witnessed it this morning. Not hissing, he growls, it's crazy! Does this obviously mean he doesn't like him?! Lol

Since i have Muscovy I can't answer that one. Never heard a duck growl before. My drake follows my dh all over if he is outside and if he sits down then Opie starts nibbling on him and it soon turns to biting he loves my dh but seems to think he is a rival too. Drakes are fickle creatures.

Don't you also have dogs? I had a Pekin when I was a child that made dog noises like barks and growls. I'm pretty sure it was because it was a lone duck and we also had two dogs.
