Or if it's just a scab from cuts, someone else jump in.

I am drawing attention to this to @Miss Lydia who has some great suggestions for dealing with Bumble Foot. Best of luck and wishes.
OK here's Lily's feet. One pic of her good foot and the other two pics are her bad foot. I thought it was just dirt caked and real dry rough calloused skin. It looks alt better since I got her but its still horrible. I noticed today she's not waddling real bad, she's actually limping. When I held up both her feet and my dh looked he could see the difference and how swollen the bad foot was. I immediately soaked it in warm Epsom salt water, applied antibiotic. Wrapped it, taped it. And I just got back from the store and got more gauze, vet wrap, and the vetericyn wound n skin care spray. I am about to go change clean and change the bandage. I know to do that 3 x daily. Do I still apply the antibiotic ointment. Plz help asap! I need to do this now.
Please do not cut her foot. @duckies1230So I soaked it in Epsom salt water and its only on one foot. It takes up at least half of her foot. Her pad is so swollen and thheres one dark brown scab right in the middle of the swollen pad and I can see red all around the scab. Infected for sure. The other scab off to the side is different layers and shades of brown like its layering. I just want to be sure its bumble foot before I operate. I don't have the money to pay a vet again. I don't want nothing to happen to her.

If you can get her to a vet that would be best. Even though this is a good sized bumble, I would soak it in Epsom salt and apply a few drops of clear iodine. Forgive me, but I am going to emphasize clear, clear, clear.
Take a look at post 22 here for a guide https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/...umblefoot-treatment-in-ducks/20#post_15463031
I would not wrap the foot - I would follow what Haunted55 did. I think Miss Lydia has wrapped her chicken's feet, but if I recall, in at least one situation, she had a chicken with a divot in her foot, and muck would get jammed up in there and she was trying to prevent that.
From Haunted55s advice, I would soak and only pull of what will come with gentle pulling. I think she wrote about one where it didn't all come off easily, so she soaked again, applied clear iodine again, then tried again several days later and it worked.
I don't know if cutting the scab works better than waiting a few more days and pulling the whole thing. It might, though.
In this case, I am trying to share what I have learned from others using this method.
Consider oral antibiotics (I cannot recall if you are already using them) in case she shows any sign of infection spreading, such as the leg getting noticeably warmer.
@duckies1230 follow Amigas advise I have used the Epsom salt soaks and clear iodine and it works great If you haven't pulled off the scabs yet you can wrap just so she has a bit of cushion and it makes it easier to walk. I usually put a non stick gauze under the wrap just to give extra cushion. After using the ES soaks and clear iodine for 2-4 days try taking your finger nail and gently getting under the scab and see if it will come up. once you get the scab off then you can soak everyday and apply the veterycin and wrap this will keep the wound safe while it's healing. The clear iodine helps to pull the bumble to the surface and make is easier to get out. Pus in a duck is not runny like us it's thick so once you get the scab off you may have to use sterile tweezers and pull out the bumble. Read the post the Amiga gave it will make it clear what to do.And what antibiotics should I get? Also, shouldn't I keep her foot wrapped so everything softens and I can get the scabs off? If I let the air hit it, isn't that going to cause the scabs to be hard? Sry I'm asking so many questions, I wanna get this right, everybody has different opinions on what to do.
So @amiga @ miss Lydia I know you ladies have done this so I will listen to y'all, I'm hoping you agree on what I should do..![]()

as for antibiotics Tetracycline is available at most feed stores but don't give it to her unless you feel heat in other parts of her foot and leg then you know infection has spread. What all is swollen on her foot now?
