I have a question. Is that chub area on the front ducks chest normal? And the way it stands?

The duck behind it doesn't have the chub chest and stands more upright. This one also has a purple/pink bill.

This is Daisy, my little Pekin

Right now she's an only child, but only until I move into a bigger house. I'm renting at the moment but I plan on having lots of ducks in the future! Daisy is only a little over 2 weeks old and growing fast! She has little pin feathers coming in so she's constantly grooming. The little cutie follows me everywhere and she's always sitting on me if I'm holding still. She is a little on the chunky side though, when she takes baths her whole front half is under water!

Any tips on how to get her to hate diapers less? She acts like I'm torturing her when I make her wear one, and I feel so bad for her

She is precious! Ducks can get lonely without a buddy. Put a mirror in with her when you can't be there. Also, ducklings can tire and drown when in water this young. Their feathers are not water proof until they are 4 wks old. So what you are seeing is her soaking water up like a sponge and if you do not keep a watch on her or provide a place for her to get out of the water, she could drown. I can't help with the diapers but good luck and have fun with her.

That's just food in its craw. It will go down. I had a duckling whose bill and feet turned pink. When it was a duckling its down was mostly yellow, like my pekin duckling, but it ended up being a beautiful grey (multi-shaded) duck with a white band around its neck. They are called Blue something or others, the name escapes me now. I named him Pinky. After a few years Pinky died, and I got a grown female that looked just like him but bigger. I named her Pinky Tutu. If I get another one, I guess it will be Pinky3.

I have 2 males and a female Pekin and a white created a brown crested and a black Swedish duck and they all are big babies

The eggs are starting to hatch and there is bout 15 Pekin duck eggs in there now soo i can't wait til they.....

this pic was from last week thats why it doesn't look like a lot of duck eggs but now there's a lot im gunna have a good Christmas dinner lol my dads making me hatch these eggs to eat

What are you feeding them? As someone mentioned already, that is food in its crop/craw. It will go up and down daily as it consumes and digests food. If you are feeding anything other than chick or duck food be sure to also give it free choice grit. They need grit to digest food.
