Pekin Duck Club!

For adults, I use this.

Bottom half of a large plastic dog crate, sawdust pellets in the bottom, and a flat-bottomed stew pot, with straight sides.

For ducklings, I would put a chick waterer in there instead of the stew pot, with a head washer (margarine tub with a head-sized hole cut in the lid. Watch closely for 15 to 20 minutes after putting it in the brooder to make sure they don't get into trouble with it.

I have one of these: http://www.murdochs.com/shop/free-range-large-flock-easy-fill-poultry-drinker

It's huge (6 gallons), and the water doesn't back-flush into the reservoir, so it stays clean. They have a pool to wash their faces in, but this gives them super clean water all the time. It fills from the top, so you don't have to pick it up if you have a hose. They make smaller versions, too.

My ducks waste a lot of water from the poultry waterer, but I always check to see if it's full a few times a day. Soon, I'll be rigging up the wire/tub contraption to catch the extra water! So far, it's much better than a pan full of water. They at least can't bathe or poop in it. Also, I'm now picking them up to move them with my gardening gloves! Boy does that make a difference with those little sharp feet.

those look exactly likes my ducks, my camera broke so I can't post pics But according to the store they are 3 weeks, I thought about a month at least. How tall are your ducks? Mine are taller than a gallon jug of milk, they seem huge to me. Get back to me, I'm so excited thinking I figured something out! Lol
My waterer is up on a wood block so they can't poo in it but I would guess they are Pretty close to that size. I hope you can post pics soon, I would love to see them!
