Here's a weird question and I'm sorry it sounds stupid? But ducks poo ALOT, I know that. Do they urinate too? Like not yellowish but there are wet spots sometimes when my duck has a diaper on and the diaper is wet but no poo? Is it pee or something? I'm kinda panicking. Is this normal?

Not a stupid question at all. None of yours ever are. As to the poo and pee thing, I can only speak about my finches. They poo every few minutes constantly. Sometimes it's just a milky liquid with no solid and other times it's a mixture of solid and liquid and others just moist solid. I am guessing the consistency of their waste at a given time is dependant upon what they've most recently ingested since stuff goes thru their GI tract so fast. You ought to Google/Yahoo/Bing their GI anatomy.

That sounds like fun! What came of the scare of duck disease your family was going on about? Did that calm down? Sorry if you've already answered that and I missed the post.

this is quackers, my Pekin duck. She was originally part of a pair but her buddy was attacked by a great horned owl! So now Quackers lives with the chickens. They get along great! Quackers is most definitely smarter than the chickens!

I m sorry to hear that happened to her mate. So sad. How is she doing emotionally? She is very cute and smooth looking. A cuddler of softness.
