Pekin Duck Club!

Hi! I'm hoping someone can help me, I'm having a problem with one of my 3wks (today) Pekin ducklings... One has been not wanting to walk and havin a hard time getting up for about a week now. I read up on niacin so I've been giving niacin in their water and putting some mixed with water on a small peice of bread and feeding them that too so I think they're getting enough of that but it's getting worse and the vet said today she thinks it nutritional cus everything looked ok as far as legs goes. I'm feeding them chick starter from tractor supply and putting the save-a-chick electrolytes in their water too. The vet said I needed game bird food so I sent my husband to buy some today and that stuff has 30% protein in it when as of today I know they're supposed to go down to 16-18% so I haven't fed them that yet, I also read that too much protein can cause joint problems too so I'm at a loss as to what I'm supposed to do with this poor little guy! I don't know what's wrong with him or what I'm supposed to feed them...I'm thinking Purina duck chow?? Anybody have any suggestions as to what could be wrong and what I'm supposed to be feeding them better than what I'm already doin? :/

this is what the AC looks like. to me it looks like the duck has not broken through or moved into the AC

this is where she/he is pipping from, the side.
I peeled back some membrane and I saw red veins, which means the veins still have blood flowing through, correct?
I stopped and blotted the membrane w/a damp papertowel and put her back in the bator. she is breathing and pipping (trying to hatch).
should i just keep watch and wait.?
my Q is, if she has not broken through the AC, she doesnt have enough room to move around and get out, correct?

day 26 is to early, that is why you are seeing veins, I would stop don't do anything, spray the egg with warm water and wait, give her at least another day. Did she just Externally today?? or how long has it been?
